General terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed at www.cavesdevinho.pt. The seller is Delicommerce S.L., with its registered office at Calle Marqués de la Valdavia 97, 28100 Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain, Spanish tax identification number B86490026. Orders
You can purchase through the online store and, where available, request assistance by email or telephone. Before confirming your purchase, review the products, quantities, address, total price and payment method. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. The valid price is the one shown when the order is confirmed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout; see also our payment methods page.
Availability
Availability is shown on each product page and may change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue the corresponding refund, in accordance with applicable law. We will not replace an item with another without your agreement.
Dispatch and delivery
Delivery is available to mainland Portugal. The estimated time depends on the product, availability and delivery address; see the information on the product page and in Delivery and returns. Delivery of the products displayed in the store is free within mainland Portugal.
For large appliances, contact us before purchasing if there are stairs, no lift or access difficulties. Any additional service and its cost will be communicated before it is agreed.
Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer at a distance, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under Decree-Law No. 24/2014. Send an unequivocal statement to info@cavesdevinho.pt, providing your order number. You may use the statutory withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the goods within the terms and time limits provided by law. You bear the direct return costs where you have been informed of this charge in advance, except in the event of an error on our part or a lack of conformity. The refund, including any standard delivery costs paid, will be made using the same payment method, within the statutory terms and time limits. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch where the law permits.
Using the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning may make you liable for any diminished value, under the law. The absence of original packaging alone does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal; pack the product appropriately to avoid damage in transit. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply where relevant.
Additional commercial returns
In addition to the statutory 14 days, Cavesdevinho.pt accepts return requests up to 30 working days after receipt for complete products in perfect condition with no signs of use. Contact us before sending the product so we can confirm the conditions of this commercial arrangement. This additional policy does not reduce statutory consumer rights.
Statutory warranty and assistance
The seller is liable for a lack of conformity in movable goods that becomes apparent within 3 years from delivery, under Decree-Law No. 84/2021. Consumer rights may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, subject to statutory requirements. The statutory warranty is independent of the returns policy and does not depend on the original packaging. To request assistance, write to info@cavesdevinho.pt with your order number and a description of the problem.

Personal data processing is explained in our Privacy policy. If you have a complaint, contact us by email at info@cavesdevinho.pt or by telephone on +34 911 260 812. Your right to contact the competent consumer protection bodies remains applicable.
