Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the brand, model, availability and destination address. See the estimated delivery time on each product page. For many products, delivery to mainland Portugal usually takes between 2 and 4 working days after payment confirmation, provided the order is completed before 13:00.
If you need a specific delivery date or have questions about access to the delivery location, contact us before purchasing.
Delivery area and charges
We deliver to mainland Portugal. We currently do not deliver to the autonomous regions of the Azores or Madeira. Delivery of the products displayed in our store is free within mainland Portugal.
Delivery of large appliances
If your building has no lift, there are stairs or access is difficult, contact us before ordering. An additional service may be required, with the cost confirmed individually. Without a prior agreement for this service, delivery may be made at street level.
Checking your order
Check the packaging and product when you receive them. If you notice transport damage, record it at delivery where possible and contact us promptly at info@cavesdevinho.pt, providing photographs and your order number. Prompt notification helps us manage transport issues without affecting your statutory rights.
Returns and warranty
Right of withdrawal
For distance purchases, consumers may notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract within the statutory period of 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, write to info@cavesdevinho.pt and provide your order number. We will explain the return procedure and provide the return address.
The customer bears the direct return costs where they have been informed of this charge in advance, except in the event of an error on our part or a lack of product conformity. Refunds follow the time limits and conditions set out in applicable law. Protect the product adequately for transport and, where possible, include the packaging, accessories and documentation received.
Additional commercial return period
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we accept return requests up to 30 working days after receipt for complete products in perfect condition with no signs of use. Contact us before sending the product so we can confirm the conditions applicable to your case. This additional commercial period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Statutory warranty
The statutory conformity warranty for movable goods lasts 3 years from delivery, under the legislation applicable in Portugal. The warranty is independent of the returns policy and does not depend on retaining the original packaging. In the event of a fault or lack of conformity, contact us for assistance.
